Automatic Toilet Paper Production Line

The automatic toilet paper production line is a highly integrated, full-process industrial equipment specially designed for the mass manufacturing of toilet roll paper, kitchen towel, and other household paper products. The core rewinding machine precisely controls the length, tightness and diameter of each paper roll. After that, the log saw cuts large paper rolls into standard single rolls automatically. The finished products then go through automatic sealing, wrapping and bundling, and finally form packaged goods ready for warehousing and delivery.

Equipped with PLC control system and human-machine interface, the line supports speed adjustment, fault self-diagnosis, count statistics and remote monitoring.
